We worked with ICS about 18 months ago to help get our credit taken care of and help get our credit report back in line. Dear Indy Credit Solutions:

My husband and I learned such a wealth of information from being enrolled in your program. Unfortunately we were unable to stay in the program for much more than a year. We were not delinquent in our accounts so the fees etc. saved did not really apply to us.

However we definitely had the benefit of lowered interest rates which translates into principal decreasing faster. We also were able to eliminate one small debt which, while not a huge debt, had definitely been a thorn in our side for a long time. Now it’s gone. Our credit scores have improved but not in relationship to our confidence as consumers. Thanks to your willingness to share your vast knowledge of the credit game we are able to make much more informed decisions, we are armed with current accurate information, we have such increased confidence to make better decisions than we did in the past.

Of course this information sharing may ultimately decrease your potential client base. I do hope that with your array of services you will be able to tailor them to your clients’ needs and so stay in business for a long time to come. The public needs you, in many many ways, shapes and forms.

I received a phone call after our withdrawal from the program, from your associate, and ultimately came away with the feeling I still have a resource I was welcome to re-visit anytime we needed. That’s a good feeling, that help is out there. I mean it’s always our money but should we ever need help again allocating it to our best advantage, I feel the safety net is out there. My testimony on Indy Credit Solutions, last fall when I came into Indy Credit Solutions office I met Miguel Silva he was very polite. I was depressed about Creditors harassing me at home and on my job. At the time I came in the office I was not sure if Miguel could help me, but he assured me that I only owed $2,700.00 in credit card debts. Miguel then let me know that he could help me get out of debt; he looked over my income and asked if I could afford $80.00 a pay period. Since I’ve been in the credit counseling program I have been given advice about banking situations and other counseling on my debts that I did not know about. I am now $1,700.00 out of debt, because of this program. I am happy to say that it has helped me in a lot of ways and now it has eased my mind. To those who may be inquiring services of Indy Credit Solutions. It is my interest to share with you my previous and current experience with ICS that in my recent search to repair my credit. I went to many different banks, finance and credit repair agencies seeking help to establish some sort of credit just a start only to be turned away. Everybody saying we can’t help you or wanting a substantial fee to get started. When I came across ICS they asked if I could meet with them for a brief meeting. So that they could evaluate my situation and can explain to me how they can assist me in reaching my goals of establishing credit. In this meeting I found that there fees were substantially lower than other credit repairing agencies in the vicinity. As well as when I left the office I felt very comfortable in the agreement that I had just entered into. I then proceeded to do as I was instructed to do by the members of ICS and it was merely 5 months later I had a major increase in my credit score. I was in disbelief that ICS had helped accomplished that in that short amount of time. And now that they have assisted me in establishing a credit score they asked if they can proceed to help in my journey to buying a home.
